Service requests from SF311.
San Francisco's 311 customer service center is a one-stop-shop for public reporting about issues that people encounter across the City, as well for submitting service requests and getting information about City and County services. SF311 collects data about the types and details of these reports and makes them available online through the SF Open Data portal. These figures are broken out by "Fiscal Years", which reflect the City's public budget cycle beginning July 1 and ending June 30.
